אנו עוסקים לא רק בטכנולוגיה, אלא גם בליווי ארגונים וקהילות. באחד המקרים פנה אלינו מתפלל מבית כנסת שבו פרצה מחלוקת שהובילה אנשים לעזוב לקהילות אחרות. הוויכוח נסב סביב השאלה באיזה מנהג להתפלל — אשכנזי או ספרדי — וכל צד ביקש שהקהילה תנהג לפי דרכו.

ללא כל הפרעה לשגרת היומיום, פתחנו בתהליך אישי ואינטימי עם מתפללי בית הכנסת. שוחחנו עם האנשים באופן פרטני, עברנו בין המתפללים, ושמענו את נקודת המבט של כל אחד מהם.

לאחר כשבועיים בלבד, התמונה התבהרה: אי־ההבנות נפתרו, נמצא פתרון מוסכם, ובבית הכנסת חזרו שלום והרמוניה.

הסיפור המיוחד: רוב המתפללים כלל לא ידעו שהייתה התערבות — הכול נעשה בשקט, ברגישות ובאופן טבעי, עד שהקהילה עצמה הגיעה להבנה משותפת.

We deal not only with technology, but also with supporting organizations and communities. In one case, a worshipper from a synagogue approached us where a conflict broke out that led people to leave for other communities. The dispute centered on which prayer custom to follow — Ashkenazi or Sephardic — and each side wanted the community to follow their way.

Without any disruption to the daily routine, we started an intimate and personal process with the synagogue worshippers. We spoke with people individually, moved among the worshippers, and heard the perspective of each of them.

After just two weeks, the picture became clear: misunderstandings were resolved, an agreed-upon solution was found, and peace and harmony returned to the synagogue.

The Special Story: Most of the worshippers didn't even know there was an intervention — everything was done quietly, sensitively, and naturally, until the community itself reached a shared understanding.
