שתי פעילות חברתיות רצו להשפיע על האג׳נדה של התנועה הפוליטית אליה השתייכו. הן פנו אלינו כשבועיים בלבד לפני הבחירות. ביקשנו מהן לארגן קבוצת וואטסאפ של אנשים בעלי אג׳נדה דומה — ובתוך יומיים בלבד הצטרפו 210 משתתפים.

באמצעות ״המועצה״ ביקשנו מהמשתתפים לתאר את החזון שלהם ולציין אילו שינויים היו רוצים לראות בתנועה. תוך 12 שעות בלבד התקבלה תמונה ברורה ומסודרת של סדרי העדיפויות של הקבוצה.

לאחר מכן ביקשנו מהפעילות להזמין את המועמדים לפגישה עם הקבוצה: • מועמד אחד הגיע לפגישה, התייחס לרשימת הנושאים, והביע מחויבות לקדם אותם • המועמדת השנייה בחרה שלא להגיע

התוצאה: המועמד שהגיע — זכה בבחירות, ולאחר מכן מינה רכז מטעמו שתפקידו לקדם את האג׳נדה שהפעילים עיצבו.

Two social activists wanted to influence the agenda of the political movement they belonged to. They approached us just two weeks before the elections. We asked them to organize a WhatsApp group of people with a similar agenda — and within just two days, 210 participants joined.

Using "The Council" we asked participants to describe their vision and indicate what changes they would like to see in the movement. Within just 12 hours, a clear and organized picture of the group's priorities emerged.

We then asked the activists to invite the candidates to meet with the group: • One candidate came to the meeting, addressed the list of topics, and expressed commitment to promoting them • The second candidate chose not to come

The Result: The candidate who came — won the elections, and later appointed a coordinator whose job was to promote the agenda designed by the activists.
